This product is ready to ship and stocked in our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days to ship. From there, shipping transit times will vary.

At this time, we only ship to the domestic United States.

If for some reason your package tracking shows a delivered status but you did not receive it, unfortunately there is no further action we are able to take as the package is in the shipping company's hands. In rare cases like these, please file a claim with the shipping company.

We’re happy to accept returns or exchanges within 10 days after your product was delivered. Returns will be issued store credit. All items must be in its original brand new condition and you have to pay the return shipping back to us. Email info@merch.house and let us know that you’d like a return or an exchange.
